Jarrolds have proudly supported Break, through the GoGoSafari trail, a much-loved public art event that brought colour, creativity, and community spirit to Norwich and Norfolk once again in 2025. As one of the trail’s key sponsors, Jarrolds helped celebrate the region’s artistic talent and raise vital funds for Break, a Norfolk-based charity dedicated to supporting children and young people in care and leaving care.
The GoGoSafari trail featured a stunning collection of hand-painted sculptures across the county, each one designed to inspire exploration and connection. The Jarrolds sponsored sculptures took pride of place in Norwich and in Letheringsett, drawing visitors of all ages and helping to drive footfall into the city centre and surrounding areas.
Through a series of in-store fundraising activities, customer donations, and staff-led initiatives, Jarrolds customers and colleagues together raised an impressive £6,000 for Break. The total reflects not only the generosity of the local community but also Jarrolds’ deep-rooted commitment to supporting local causes that make a genuine difference in Norfolk.Jarrolds’ involvement in the GoGoSafari trail builds on a long-standing partnership with Break and continues the store’s tradition of championing creative, community-based projects that bring people together. The initiative combined art, philanthropy, and local pride — perfectly capturing Jarrolds’ ethos as an independent, family-run business that places the community at the heart of everything it does.
