Sian Steele

Independent Chair of the Owners Council and Chair of ADR

Sian joins the Company with over 30 years’ experience working with family and private businesses both in the UK and globally with a particular focus on family governance and ownership strategy.

Sian has spent much of her career working for PwC and is currently a Non-Executive Director for The Howard Group Ltd.

Sian and her husband David have lived around Cambridge, with their two sons, for many years. Sian has enjoyed getting involved in a variety of charity and community events and is currently a Governor at the Perse School.

In her spare time Sian loves being out walking the dogs or being in the garden and is an enthusiastic photographer with a passion for travel and culture.
